Key responsibilities:

• Manage 20,000+ emails/day. ITviec is one of the largest email marketers in Vietnam. You will measure results, improve open rate, click-thru and deliverability.
• Seek areas for improvement. Email can always be improved. Add new email types, measure effectiveness, do A/B tests.
• Work with our “Supermen” dev team. Define email improvements. Work with development and Analytics team to implement and measure results. It’s a great way to learn Product Management. In fact, our current Email Marketing Lead is moving full time into Product Management.

You don’t need any Email Marketing experience. We will teach you everything you need to know. 1 year from now you’ll be one of the top 10 email marketers in Vietnam.

Your experience & qualifications:

• Love love love digital marketing:  You live, breathe and even sleep online.
• You love to write: You enjoy the creative process of writing. You love it when your content creates an emotional connection with the reader. Double plus good if you have your own blog.
• You are good with Excel and numbers: You have an analytic mind. You have run campaigns on Google Adwords and know how to analyze results.
• Great English: Speaking and written. Bonus if you read Shakespeare in your spare time. 😉
• “Can-do” spirit: You always focus on solutions, not on problems.
• Hunger in the eyes and fire in the heart: You love what you do.
