The IT Salary Survey 2024, conducted by ITviec, will begin collecting input from IT professionals on September 10, 2024, and will close at 23:59 on October 10, 2024. ITviec greatly values your contributions and looks forward to receiving active participation from the IT community.

1. Who can participate in the survey?

This survey is open to anyone working in the IT industry, including full-time working IT professionals, freelancers, and university students majoring in IT. Even if you don’t have an ITviec account, you are still welcome to share your feedback and be eligible for a chance to win exciting prizes.

2. What happens when I participate in the survey?

When you join the survey, you will answer a series of short questions based on your responses, with the total survey time lasting between 15 to 20 minutes, or even shorter. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to win attractive prizes from ITviec and our partners.

3. What do I receive after completing the survey?

4. How will the lucky draw prizes be awarded?

After the survey closes, ITviec will conduct a lucky draw to select the winners. The results will be announced on ITviec’s Fanpage between October 24, 2024, and October 31, 2024. If you are one of the lucky winners, you will receive an email from ITviec with detailed instructions on how to claim your prize. Each individual who completes the survey will only receive one chance to participate in the draw. Each person can win only one voucher.

5. How can I claim the 100,000 VND phone top-up?

If you are a lucky winner of this prize, the 100,000 VND top-up will be directly credited to the phone number you provided in the survey between October 24, 2024, and October 31, 2024. 

If the phone number is incorrect and the top-up fails, ITviec will contact you via the email provided in the survey to update your phone number. If you do not update your phone number within 3 working days of receiving the email, the prize will be transferred to the next winner.

6. How can I claim the 10% discount voucher for shopping at CellphoneS?

If you are a lucky winner of this prize, you will receive an email notification from ITviec between October 24, 2024, and October 31, 2024. You must confirm receipt of the prize within 3 working days of receiving the email. 

If ITviec does not receive your confirmation within this time frame, the prize will be transferred to the next winner. 

Upon confirmation, ITviec will share your contact information (name and phone number) with CellphoneS to facilitate the prize. You will receive a voucher code via SMS from CellphoneS.

7. What are the terms for using the 10% discount voucher from CellphoneS?

The voucher provides a 10% discount, up to a maximum of 100,000 VND, for purchasing devices and technology accessories either online or at CellphoneS offline stores nationwide.

The voucher can be used in conjunction with the SMember program and other promotions or payment offers from CellphoneS.

For online purchases, the voucher will be applied upon successful payment.

Voucher validity: 1 month from the date the voucher is sent.

The voucher is not a physical card, cannot be exchanged for cash, or extended its validity date.

8. How can I claim the ITviec “Eat-Sleep-Code” T-shirt?

If you are a lucky winner of this prize, you will receive an email notification from ITviec between October 24, 2024, and October 31, 2024. 

To claim the T-shirt, you need to respond to the email with your delivery address and phone number within 3 working days. The T-shirt will be sent to you within 7 to 10 days, depending on the delivery address you provided.

If ITviec does not receive your response within this time frame, the prize will be transferred to the next winner.
