The IT Recruitment Survey 2024-2025 is conducted by ITviec from September 10, 2024, to October 10, 2024. This survey is for IT recruiters and HR management professionals in Vietnam. ITviec greatly values your input and looks forward to enthusiastic participation from the IT recruitment community.
1. Who can participate in the survey?
If you are involved in IT recruitment and HR management related to IT including recruitment specialists, talent acquisition managers, HR managers, technical directors, HR directors, company management (CXO) and business owners, this survey is for you.
2. What happens when I participate in the survey?
When you participate in the survey, you will answer questions based on different branches depending on your responses. After completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to receive exciting rewards from ITviec and our partners.

4. How can I receive the Default reward of 10 VIP Club Points after completing the survey?
After completing the survey, ITviec will send a notification email about the addition of VIP Club Points to your company’s account. The reward is granted once per company.
5. How are the winners of the lucky rewards selected?
Once the survey closes, ITviec will conduct a random lucky spin to select the lucky companies and individuals to receive the rewards.
The results will be announced on the ITviec Blog on October 18, 2024.
If you are among the lucky winners, you will receive a notification email from ITviec with detailed instructions on how to claim your reward. Each individual who completes the survey will only have one chance to participate in the lucky spin. Each individual can win a maximum of 01 voucher.
6. How can I use the Free Hot Job Credit if my company wins?
If your company wins one Hot Job Credit, ITviec will send a notification email confirming that the Credit has been added to your company account. You can check the number of Credits on the account management page (Employer Admin).
The Hot Job Credit is valid for 6 months from the activation date (the date you receive the email notification from the system).
7. How can I receive the top-up of 100,000 VND via mobile number if I win?
If you win, 100,000 VND will be credited to the phone number you provided in the survey from October 18, 2024, to October 25, 2024.
In case an incorrect phone number prevents the prize from being delivered, ITviec will contact you via the email address you provided in the survey to update the phone number. If you do not update your phone number within 3 working days of receiving the email, the prize will be transferred to the next lucky winner.
8. How can I use the 50% discount voucher for a health-check package at DYM Medical Center Vietnam if I win?
If you win a voucher from DYM Medical Center Vietnam, you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to claim the prize from ITviec on October 18, 2024.
To receive the official voucher code, you must confirm via email with ITviec within 3 working days from the date of receiving the notification email. In case ITviec does not receive your confirmation email within the specified timeframe, the prize will be transferred to the next lucky winner.
The voucher code will be sent to you via email by DYM Medical Center Vietnam before October 31, 2024. If you have not received voucher information after this deadline, please contact ITviec Fanpage for support.
9. What are the terms of use of the 50% discount voucher for the health-check package at DYM Medical Center?
The voucher applies to personal health check-up services at DYM Medical Center Vietnam clinics nationwide.
The voucher is valid until the end of October 31, 2025.
Vouchers will be applied depending on the package types and user personas.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for an extended period.
10. If multiple people from the same company complete the survey, whose responses will be used in the report?
ITviec prioritizes survey responses from the link sent via email and will select the response from the highest-level individual within the company for inclusion in the report.
