What I liked:
Văn phòng đẹp. CTO rất giỏi. Leader có tâm và lắng nghe, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Công ty luôn cung cấp đủ thiết bị. Không bao giờ chậm lương. Giờ checkin linh hoạt. Được hỗ trợ phát triển đúng tech stack và thử sức ở các tech khác
Không có chính sách OT rõ ràng. Không có lương OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Lịch review chưa ổn định lắm. Trước công ty cho làm flexible hơn, được remote ở nhà nếu có lý do hợp lý mà giờ quy định ko cho như vậy nữa nên hơi tiếc.
