What I liked:
- Môi trường làm việc tràn ngập sự thân thiện và thoải mái, kết nối dễ dàng với đồng nghiệp và sếp.
- Cơ hội tiếp xúc và làm việc chặt chẽ với trụ sở chính ở Đức và các trung tâm khác trên toàn cầu, tạo điều kiện tối ưu cho việc nâng cao trình độ tiếng Anh.
- Có thể làm việc từ xa 2 ngày mỗi tuần, với mô hình làm việc kết hợp, không ràng buộc về thời gian vào và ra, tạo điều kiện làm việc linh hoạt.
- Văn phòng được trang bị hiện đại, luôn được bảo dưỡng và giữ gìn sạch sẽ, tạo môi trường làm việc đẹp và thoải mái.
Hiếm khi OT, và khi có sẽ được công nhận và được thanh toán đầy đủ theo quy định
Suggestions for improvement:
- Văn phòng xa trung tâm
- Bên cạnh các CLB thể thao thì chưa có nhiều event nội bộ để gắn kết nhân viên
- Tòa nhà cũ nên nhà vệ sinh xuống cấp
Hybrid working, không check in - check out nên giờ giấc thoải mái
