Công ty thực sự phù hợp cho intern và người mới ra trường, không có mentor nhưng sẽ có buddy chỉ dẫn, đồng nghiệp đều là những người thật sự giỏi và nhiệt tình nên có thể học hỏi qua quá trình làm việc. Benefit và cơ sở vật chất tốt, flexible time, có nhiều khoá học và workshop.
Công ty thường ít khi phải OT, nhưng OT sẽ được x2 lương
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương intern khá tốt nhưng khó có cơ hội thăng tiến.
