What I liked:
Được làm việc trong môi trường global, sử dụng tiếng Anh, đi onsite UK,US,...
Domain business thú vị, hơi đặc thù: chuyên làm giải pháp cho Warehouse, khá hấp dẫn nếu bạn nào thích. Đặc thù là cty product và có business phức tạp như vậy nên Dev phải nắm rất sâu về nghiệp vụ thì mới làm tốt tasks được giao. Mình vào đây học được rất nhiều về tư duy sản phẩm từ các anh.
Quy trình bài bản: sử dụng Scaled Agile, vào đây được học rất nhiều về quy trình lẫn cách để làm việc tốt trong một team. Ngoài ra, công ty áp dụng CI/CD rất hiệu quả.
Chính sách đãi ngộ, trang thiết bị: lương ổn, bảo hiểm full lương, có lớp học IELTS, thiết bị tối tân: máy tính Dell 64GB ram 1T Ssd, 2 màn, tai nghe, bàn to vcl,...
Môi trường văn hoá: mọi người đều thân thiện, vui vcl. Mọi người đều máu lửa và nhiệt, đặc biệt có một số kỳ nhân dị sĩ.
Giờ giấc flexible, trang phục thoải mái.
Tùy thời điểm mới phải OT, làm không hết thì tự giác thôi.
Suggestions for improvement:
Cũng k có gì nhiều lắm. Chỉ là bạn nào muốn vào đây để được làm về các công nghệ mới nhất thì khá khó, vì công ty chủ yếu giải quyết các bài toán nghiệp vụ, và tech stack hiện tại vẫn đang giải quyết tốt những yêu cầu đó.
