What I liked:
- Có các khoá huấn luyện dành cho người mới để làm quen với môi trường và văn hoá của công ty (nói chung), còn văn hoá của nhóm (nói riêng) sẽ tự động được cảm nhận trong quá trình làm việc.
- Có một lộ trình đào tạo bài bản theo tuần dành cho người mới (tuy thời gian đào tạo hơi ngắn, theo ý kiến chủ quan).
- Có sẵn desktop và được cung cấp laptop để làm việc từ xa.
- Có thức ăn miễn phí.
- Được cung cấp tài khoản Udemy với các khoá học cần thiết để tự trau dồi kiến thức.
- Được đào tạo, trau dồi thêm về tiếng Anh (bằng các khoá học nội bộ và trong quá trình làm việc trực tiếp bằng tiếng Anh với các đồng nghiệp ở Thuỵ Sĩ).
- Có thể được đào tạo nếu có nguyện vọng/ vị trí công việc phù hợp (hơn).
- Luôn trả lương đúng hạn.
- Bác bảo vệ ở "trụ sở chính" (trong tương lai, có thể sẽ không còn) rất thân thiện.
Vì công ty có nhiều dự án khác nhau với những đội/ nhóm tương ứng, nên đánh giá sẽ chỉ phù hợp cho một dự án (đội/ nhóm) duy nhất.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Dự án khó, công việc nhiều và áp lực cao.
- Không có nhiều hoạt động vui chơi, giải trí (hoạt động ngoài giờ) trong văn phòng.
- Không phải nhân viên/ đồng nghiệp nào cũng thân thiện và tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của cá nhân.
Môi trường thân thiện, thích hợp cho mọi phân khúc developer
