What I liked:
I've had a fantastic year working here, with new experiences in both the environment and working style.
When I was new to the company, everyone enthusiastically guided me through the work processes and supported me in my tasks.
I feel happy working in a dynamic environment with new work processes I haven't experienced before. Each person in the team has specific roles and responsibilities, always ready to support each other when needed. Flexible working hours as long as tasks are completed on time.
This is a suitable working environment regardless of your level. There are many things for you to learn, not only technically but also about people and company activities
If my friend is looking for a welcoming environment, I will definitely introduce them to join.
The overtime policy is good, with full and transparent OT pay.
Overtime is only required if truly necessary.
Suggestions for improvement:
