What I liked:
Mới join vì lương ở đây cao hơn hẳn công ty cũ và được làm hybrid, có buddy giải đáp thắc mắc ở công ty để khỏi bị lạc lõng, chế độ rõ ràng, được trả lương benefit như tiền mua kính hoặc nghỉ phép ngay từ khi thử việc.
Thích lên công ty ngày nào cũng được, không bị quản lý chặt chẽ. Thấy công ty có nhiều thông báo hoạt động công ty mà bị khách hàng dí không check máy công ty thường xuyên.
Trong thời buổi kinh tế khó khăn mà được join công ty như vậy cảm thấy mình rất may mắn, hy vọng công ty có thêm khách hàng để khỏi bị ra bench rất chán và hồi hộp lắm
Sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè vào công ty để được hưởng tiền referral bonus net hơn 30 triệu.
Chủ yếu làm xong task và xử lý ticket, khi nào được khách hàng duyệt thì được trả thêm OT
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên đăng ký BH cho người thân luôn
- Không biết rõ đồng nghiệp vì không lên công ty thường, công ty tổ chức thêm hoạt động vui chơi cuối tuần để gặp gỡ giao lưu đồng nghiệp trực tiếp.
- có tới 2 Sếp vừa LM và DM ko biết ai mới là Sếp mình
