Ít OT, OT có lương đúng pháp luật, công việc nhàn nhã lên công ty chủ yếu vui chơi tán ngẫu cùng đồng nghiệp

Tăng lương hơi thấp, nên tăng cao hơn để tránh nhân tài nhảy chỗ khác
