Technical Leadership & Strategy: Develop a robust technology strategy that incorporates AI/ML and third-party services, optimizing performance, scalability, data-driven insights and product integration into client’s ERP systems in alignment with our product vision 

Data Strategy & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of an effective data strategy, including data modeling, data architecture, and data structure optimization. Ensure robust data handling, efficient model training, and operational data integrity to support high-quality, data-driven outcomes. 

Technology Stack Oversight: Guide best practices for our technology stack, including AWS cloud infrastructure, ReactJS frontend, Python for data handling, and Retool for internal tasks, with a strong focus on seamless third-party integrations.

Lead Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including direct leadership of the software development and data engineering team located in Ho Chi Minh City. Ensure effective implementation of features, data processes, and system optimizations to meet business and user requirements. 

Collaboration with Product Management & UX Leadership: Closely collaborate with Product Management and UI/UX team to translate user-oriented feature requirements into actionable technical requirements to ensure engaging and functional user interfaces and delivering a cohesive and intuitive user experience that drives engagement and satisfaction. 

Scalability, Performance, Security & Compliance: Architect solutions that ensure scalability, resilience, and optimized performance while implementing and enforcing security protocols to protect data integrity and maintain regulatory compliance. 

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with HDS partners, Board of Directors, and Business Owners to ensure strategic alignment of the solution with overarching business goals. Engage regularly with Business Representatives to gather insights and validate that user requirements and operational needs are met effectively.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Experience: 5+ years in software and/or data, 3+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally as a TechLead or similar position within a SaaS environment. 

Base Knowledge: Have a good critical thinking and problem-solving skill. Know how to break down a complex problem into smaller, simpler problems. Solid knowledge of data structure and algorithms, complexity, database principles. 

Technical Expertise: Proven ability to bring together a cohesive technical strategy encompassing data architecture, web applications, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and microservices. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, serverless technologies, and scalable microservices, with experience in AWS, ReactJS and one of the languages: Python, Javascript/Nodejs. 

Data Strategy & Architecture: Proficiency in developing and implementing data architecture, modeling, structuring, and management processes that support robust data handling, secure integrations, and operational efficiency. 

Product & UX: Demonstrated experience in understanding product vision and concept and breaking down business requirements into actionable requirements and guiding the creation of user-centered, intuitive interfaces. 

Architectural Expertise in designing modular, scalable architectures capable of supporting complex integrations and high-performance requirements. 

Strong strategic skills, with a track record of delivering cohesive, reliable, and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives 

Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
