We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead who would like to join a fast- growing, deep-tech and learning-friendly startup.

You will work closely with the CTO to develop the solution and grow the technology team in Vietnam. You will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, and will need to travel to Singapore for business trips on a regular basis.

Your day to day job will involve:

• Co-lead the solution design and full-stack software development of our core interviewing and dashboard platform
• Create data processing pipelines, beautiful UI and scalable backend architecture or APIs to interact with various partner system
• Scaling ML models and bringing them to production.
• Writing testable and well-documented codes, and involved in code reviews, metrics monitoring and invest time in automation
• Identify technology team hiring needs and contribute to the hiring of team members
• Lead and manage the future technology team on a day-to-day basis (incl. work planning, technical advising etc.)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in web and API development using React, Node & Express or Python Flask, aiohttp, starlette
• DevOps using Git and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) using Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS and Docker
• Databases and datastore using PostgreSQL and S3
• Container orchestration using AWS ECS, Fargate or Kubernetes
• Experience in working in any cloud provider (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and their relevant services (eg: AWS equivalent - EC2, IAM, Parameter Store, Cloudwatch, ELB etc. )
• Working experience in a product company, having led a technology team of three or more members before will be a huge plus.
• Degree (BSc or MSc) Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Good English language communication skills, both written and verbal
• Having ML experience using Pytorch, fastai or any other framework/libraries will be beneficial for the role as well
