We are seeking skilled .NET Developers (Lead level) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development. Successful candidates will join our international team and contribute to the development of our Akkuro Mortgage platform ( This role involves close collaboration with team members in both Vietnam and the Netherlands, providing a dynamic and culturally diverse work environment.

Signing bonus up-to 35 mil VND if you can start before 31 July 2025

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with a focus on technical excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with international team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support team members through coaching and leadership, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines is a plus.
• Experience working in an international team is a plus.
