Mô tả công việc
- Building and managing Service Desk Department. Up to 5 staff initially.
- Administrative, responding to customers through ticketing system, answering telephone queries and directing to L1/L2 teams as required.
- Manage current support activities; establish and communicate metrics; drive continuous improvement efforts; manage on/ off-boarding process of new hires in the Service Desk.
- Assist with the identification of issues and development of departmental policies, processes, procedures and improvements.
- Manage operational communications and incident/event resolution and escalations.
- Assist with creation of run books and other related documentation as required.
- Willingness and ability to respond to mobile notifications 24x7 as needed.
- Interact with all departments in the resolution of customer issues, while improving working relationships with internal and external departments, customers and stakeholders.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to organize, plan, execute and develop departmental policies.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, users, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
- Ability to build rapport is crucial and attention to detail is important.
- Demonstrate initiative with or without direct authority.
- Self-motivated time management.
- Able to prioritize competing or conflicting requests.
- Supports and maintains a positive attitude and vision with peers, associates, team members and management.
- Previous experience in Service Desk or IT/software support preferred.
