Mô tả công việc
• Access to the highest technical resources available for problem resolution or new feature creation.
• Level 3 technicians attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications.
• Once a cause is identified, the company decides whether to create a new fix, depending on the cause of the problem. New fixes are documented for use by level 1 and level 2 personnel.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Must have:
• Language: Good English
• Technical: Technical skill: K8s, Jenkins, .Net, Kafka, DB PostgreSQL...
• Have experienced in automating deployment with K8S.
2. Nice to have:
• Have experienced in Database and Data proccessing: Protgress SQL, DoK, Druid, Superset, Redis, Kafka
• Have experienced in logging managerment systems such as ELK
• Have experienced in programming and familiar with at least 1 programming language. Prefer .Net and C#
• Have experience working with factory environment or factory system such as MES, ERP
• Have experienced in customer support and customer care.
