- Lead, mentor and train Technical Support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and workload distribution to ensure efficient and effective support coverage.
- Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues related to technical, ensuring timely and accurate troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Act as an escalation point for challenging customer inquiries, providing expert-level assistance and guidance to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, discuss improvements and resolve customer issues.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle tickets to support customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong Technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- At least 2+ years of technical support lead experience in a software product company.
- Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Good English skills.
- Good at problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good logical thinking.
- Team management and performance management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers remotely or onsite, members and managers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Have a track record in e-commerce.
