- Plan and implement projects.
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Allocate project resources.
- Create schedule and project timeline.
- Track deliverables.
- Support and direct team.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess result of project.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software R&D field, 5 years working experience in complex project management experience is a plus.
- Working experience in Fintech is a plus.
- Project management qualification (PMP) or Scrum certificate (PMI/Scrum.org/ scrum alliance).
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
- Have experience using Jira / TFS is plus.
- Have experience manage project develop software production is plus.
