Project Management Officer (PMO):
- Proactive work planning/documentation/vendor control/progress management/reporting to customers, etc., while keeping in mind customer's point of view.
- Supporting, promoting, and consulting on project management.
- Standardization of project management processes.
- Communication in Japanese and English with customers and partner companies, and setting/participation in online meetings/call conferences.
Project Manager (PM):
- Proposing ideas and initiating measures to improve product quality and usability.
- Project management:
* Planning quality assurance plans, hearing issue.
* Establishment of a quality assurance system.
* Overall project management and promotion.
- Project team management of 5 to 20 people, or management of multiple projects of up to 10 people.
- Communication with customers and partner companies in Japanese and English & handling of online meetings/call conferences.
QA Engineer:
- Test execution.
- Management of test executors.
- Test design:
* Understanding of basic design documents/detailed design documents described in English/Japanese.
* Preparation for test design based on specifications.
* Review of test design documents.
- Communication with customers/partner companies in Japanese and English, and participation in online meetings.
- Review of test design documents.
Project Leader:
- Assisting the Project Manager in:
* Project team management of up to 10 people.
* Proposals to customers and hearing issues.
* Overall project management and implementation.
- Communication with customers/partner companies in Japanese and English, and participation in online meetings.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required for PM/PMO:
- 5+ years’ experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in the whole process, from requirements definition to integration testing.
- Experience in managing more than 5 people or vendor control (as PMO).
- Experience in web or open software development (Java/HTML/CSS).
- Or experience of working on SI software development projects (any language).
- Language: Japanese N3 level or above.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing projects from start to completion.
- 3+ years’ experience as a PM/PL in open software development projects at a SIer.
- Experience in proposals and quotations to prime customers.
- Experience in planning and implementing business strategy.
- Experience of negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
- English: Business level.
Required for QA Engineer/PL:
- Experience in the whole process, from requirements definition to integration testing.
- Experience in any of the following:
2+ years’ experience in unit and integration testing.
2+ years’ experience in open system (host system preferred) software development at a SIer.
2+ years’ experience of developing web-based software.
- Language: Business English level & Japanese N3 level or above.
Nice to have:
- Experience as a project leader in software development projects at a SIer.
- Experience as a project manager in web-based software development projects.
- Experience in proposals and quotations to prime customers.
- Experience in the following systems: distribution, EC, POS, accounting, logistics, payment, CRM, human resources, information, etc.
- Experience of using English in a business environment.
- English: Business level.
Further requirements for the Management level:
- Experience in managing projects from start to completion.
- 3+ years’ experience as a PM/PL in open software development projects at a SIer.
- Experience in planning and implementing business strategy.
- Experience of negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
