Middle/ Senior Manual QA QC (Tester)

• Review and analyze product requirements/user stories including functional and design specs from a testability standpoint.
• Design test plans and test cases to find defects in the Fintech products including associated documentation in alignment with Agile Testing 
• Execute test plans and test cases using Test Management Systems and report defects in the Defect tracking system and bring them to closure for multiple releases.
• Automate manual test cases and enhance automation test framework
• Run Regression automated/manual tests and report execution results.
• Work with product owners defining, and refining requirements/user stories.
• Test responsibilities will include manual testing of SQL / XQuery / XSLT query engines, high speed data transfers against multiple data sources, security implementation, functional capability testing against backend databases.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
• Define QA Metrics and analyze all statistics for actionable improvements 

Who we are looking for

• Functional testing, API testing and non-functional (Performance test)
• English read-write is a must (write good test case that can be used by PO)
• Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the software development process, especially the software Agile testing process
• Careful and high responsibility, has eyes on details 
• Having at least 2 Year+ experience in the same positions.
• Having experience in functional & non-functional tests (manual test).
• Having experience working in Agile team
• Having experience testing Japanese product, Japanese culture of application design 
• Good in verbal and written communication, English is a must, Japanese is strong plus 
• A proactive, fast learner and team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments, multiple clients and domain 

Nice to have

Knowledge of programming and automated testing, especially python, javascripts, nodejs, selenium, Cypress, Appium is a plus.

• Experience in any automation test framework is a plus.
• Experience in Azure, Google Cloud is a plus.
