Our company is seeking a full time Test Analyst / Business Analyst to join a fast paced and agile development team. You need to be passionate about quality, automation and standards, and that you believe in testing is the final frontier for a quality product. You are expected to possess excellent knowledge and experience in testing methodologies, ability to work with stake holders to capture requirements and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

The ideal candidate will possess the following key requirements:

  • Performing manual testing and assessment of our in-house built software
  • Write and execute comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions
  • Review requirements for testability
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker
  • Collaborating with the Agile/Scrum teams to continuously deliver software
  • Consult with stakeholders and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient
  • Work as an effective team member; share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in meeting team priorities
  • Can conduct demos to stack holders for international projects.
  • Knowledge about SQL skills to validate data from multiple sources like Files, XMLs, Databases
  • Data Analysis skills.

Required attributes:

  • Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
  • Strong initiative, accountability and leadership qualities
  • Very good at written and verbal English language communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, "can do" attitude!

Additionally, preference may be given to candidates who possess the following:

  • Knowledge of or experience in ERP type system.
  • Exposure to the Microsoft .NET framework and Microsoft TFS is a plus
  • Experience with Agile

1 - WORKING HOURS

  • Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
  • Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
  • Staff must advise (ASAP) respective team lead and/or office manager if coming to work late
  • If staff need to take some time off during working week for personal matters then staff should notify and seek authorisation from department manager. Staff are allowed to work extra hours during the week to make up for those time once approved.
  • Working from home is possible and will be determined case by case basis by department manager.
  • Some staffs are required to work extra hours during weekend for specific purpose such as Conversion or Installation then Leave in Lieu can be applied. Leave in Lieu is not accumulative and should be used first before Annual Leave.

 2 - HOLIDAYS

  • 12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years. Company will pay if it is less than 5 days then the company will clear the balance. If It is more than 5 days then The employee will take leave to reduce the balance to 5 days.
  • Additional one annual leave day for every five years of service
  • 10 days public holidays per annum or as per the government regulations

 3 - LEAVES

  • Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum (no roll-over). Staff need to produce doctor certificate if sick leave is taken more than one day consecutively.
  • The company observes all mandatory required leave and other special leaves:
    • Compassionate Leave
    • Marriage Leave
    • Paternity Leave
    • Maternity Leave

4 - HEALTHCARE

  • Life and Personal Health Insurance package for full-time and permanent staff.

 5 - BONUSES

  • Month 13th bonus (paid before Tet and depends on company performance. If staff signed HDLD less than 12 months then the bonus is calculated pro-rata)

  • Full pay during Probation Period
