Responsibilities: 
 

• Test E-commerce websites thoroughly using checklists and test cases.
• Detects and tracks software defects and inconsistencies.
• Performs bug log, evaluates bug severity and keeps track bug status.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues. 
• Verify cross-browser and cross-device functionality. 
• Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for view.
• Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes. 
• Some overlap with Vancouver working hours may be required for training in the first few weeks.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years of experience in testing or a related field.
• Experience with UI and functional testing.
• Experience with E-commerce website testing.
• Experience with QA processes, including inspection, testing and documentation. 
• Clear understanding of business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
• Responsible & willing to learn attitude
• Command of English language both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience with management tools like Jira, Confluence,...
• Experience with website building/management systems like Wordpress, Magento,...
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Qmetry, BrowserStack, and TestRail.
• Able to use design tools like Figma, Adobe to help execute test cases.
