To maintain and manage company’s IT systems, and to provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting.

LAN, WAN system administration; Configure and monitor Servers.
Support end users (at multi-site) for desktops, laptops, printers, Video conference and others IT equipment
Install hardware, software for servers, desktops, laptops and printers
Ensure all requirements are responded to quickly and critical issued resolved quickly
Monitor operation of network performance on daily basis.
Plan and implement back up strategy and restoration (offsite storage) and disaster recovery plan for company data regularly.
Maintains documentation, IT standards, IT Policy, IT Quality, procedures & processes.
Manage company's IT inventory, purchasing equipment and software licensing policy.
To ensure IT system operations and users are in compliance with company’s IT policies and procedures as well as best practice standard.

University degree with a major in IT
Having at least 2 years working experience in a similar position is an advance, preferably in foreign-invested companies
Good understanding of TCP/IP
Experience in Apache, Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, system troubleshooting and performance optimizer
Experience in system monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti
Experience in virtualization using VMware ESX or other hypervisors
Experience in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
Having knowledge about Amazon Web Services
Having LPI, CCNA, MCSA, VCA certificate or related education would be a plus
Good command of English
Able to work independently and in a team
Quick and good problem-solving skills
Active, honest, compliance-minded, hard-working, careful, detailed-minded and high sense of responsibilities
Able to deliver to tight deadlines.
