Shinhan DS Vietnam is established to be in charge of the ICT synergy of Shinhan Financial Group in Southeast Asia.

Job Descriptions:

We are striving to expand our business in different fields in the future. Join us as an IT Project Manager to:

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Lead the project team and ensure adherence to the project plan.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project scope & risks throughout the project duration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and address concerns.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
• Coordinate project closure activities, including documentation, handovers, and lessons learned.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer and at least 2 years as an IT Project Manager in an IT company.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT/relevant IT field.
• Strong leadership skills (guide and motivate their teams, delegate tasks, and make decisions).
• Excellent understanding of the Software Development lifecycle.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude.
• Excellent English skills (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely).
• Experienced in development skills and able to review and supervise development teams.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills

Desirable skills:

• PMP Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with business in Financial
• Experience with overseas clients/customer
