To facilitate the growth of our company we are looking for an experienced and professional IT helpdeskr based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Duties and responsibilities1.1 Network and system administration:
- Manage the implementation, installation and operation of information functional system such as: DC, File Server, NAS, LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email and Backup
- Check performance of network and fix relevant problems ;
- Manage Timekeeper machines system and scanning machines;
- Implement and monitor database and file backup;
- Set up network services on demands;
- Maintain daily performance of information system;
1.2 Help Desk:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
- User support, train computer users.
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software;
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Troubleshoot internal application problems as they arise.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance programs to support internal applications and their underlying Operating Systems.
- Ensure operational support meets or exceeds established service level agreements.
- Manage end-user expectations when service level agreements are not met.
- Other works as directed by the IT Manager.
1.3 IT Asset Management: Keep inventory of hardware and software.

Minimum Educational Requirement: BSc degree in IT
Language:Can communicate in English
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in an enterprise IT Administrator role; 1-2 years experiences in a Level 1 IT support role;
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016;
- Strong experience with Active Directory;
- Strong experience with UTM Firewall;
- Strong experience with MS Office;
- Proven desktop support with a basic understanding of network and telephony;
- Experience with Google Apps desirable;
- Experience troubleshooting level 1/1.5 issues (windows, granting users access, connect to website/ Wi-fi);
- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including servers, desktops, networks, operating systems, platforms and configurations;
- Ability to perform on-call duties out of working hour when it's required;
- Effective time management skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong customer service oriented;
- Certifications in Microsoft and CISCO is plus.
Special Skills Required:
