Study and learn the business logic, technical points of Cadena HRM Series system to be able to support the customer in relevant issue/ request.
Support customers’ requests regarding Cadena HRM System, including daily using system, issues, change requests
Collect customers’ requirements, analyze and develop appropriate solutions
Coordinate with developers to analyze and find the root of bugs
Execute tests and perform software update for customers
Conducts training for end users
Support the Customer Services Leader to manage the maintenance contract validation, remind customer to renew, payment
Other duties as assigned

Good at English (reading & writing)
Good at logical thinking
Fundamental knowledge of HRM system is an advantage
Ability to summarize and go straight to the point, proactive in communication
Ability to work in a team or independently
Working with pressure and business trip.
