Summary of Responsibilities
- The role-holder works with internal & external customers in order to bridge between customer needs and IT development team making sure customer needs will be delivered in an effective and efficient way. He/she will be involved in full SDLC to support, manage and ensure the quality of business application deliveries where appropriate.
- The role-holder is also accountable for the end to end shaping, management and delivery of small project(s) or a portfolio of small enhancements including managing all resources assigned to them and ensuring the deliveries are aligned to business demands, strategies and conform to time, quality, benefit specifications, published governance and compliance.
Principal Responsibilities
• To define application system scope, objectives, and functionality based on users input and understanding of business processes as well as industry requirements;
• To analyze existing system functions, behaviors to have recommendation for continuous improvements achieving optimal business value;
• To manage all business requirements, rules and changes to business applications systematically, effectively and efficiently;
• To coordinate with and help users to define their needs for automated solutions as well as be responsible for delivering of business requirement analysis and functional/non-functional specifications;
• To be users’ representative, support and manage test cases & expected results as well;
• To organize and manage User Acceptance Test;
• To coordination with user as well as with IT development team to build optimal application delivery plan in accordance with the needs and resources;
• To assist Head Of IT in software project management;
• Study and analyze solutions on the market in order to initiate solutions for operational excellence;
• Coordinate with International and Regional project teams to contribute for international/regional projects where required;
• Other tasks as assigned by BA Lead or Head of IT from time to time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Good life insurance business knowledge, LOMA certifications will be a plus;
• More than 02 (two) continuous years’ experience as a business analyst or 03 (three) continuous years’ experience as an application developer in an insurance company;
• Able to conduct the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based;
• Supporting the production of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the amendment of business application systems;
• Proficiency in software testing planning and management;
• Strong presentation skill;
• Ability to listen, comprehend, analyse, understand and abstract information from customers;
• Meticulous and precise in business requirement management, documentation of business and functional specifications;
• Good team player and co-operative;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Pivot Excel;
• Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written, with different audiences.
