Mô tả công việc

The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, both onsite and remote, with a focus on Active Directory (AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), Azure, and on-prem AD system related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge of AD, SSO, Azure, and on-prem AD systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Responding to and resolving helpdesk tickets related to AD, SSO, Azure, and on-prem AD systems issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Configuring and maintaining user accounts, security groups, and group policies in Active Directory.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Administering and maintaining cloud services and applications hosted in Azure.
  • Configuring and supporting on-prem AD systems, including domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
  • Configuring and supporting remote access solutions such as VPN, Remote Desktop, and Citrix.
  • Providing assistance with software installations, upgrades, and patches.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and following established processes and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk support role, with a focus on AD, SSO, Azure, and on-prem AD system related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Azure, and on-prem AD systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with remote access solutions such as VPN, Remote Desktop, and Citrix.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
