Digital Transformation Manager (Agile, ERP)

Marou is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager who is overseeing all digital transformation projects and initiatives and ensuring that all these projects are linked to the strategic objectives and OKRs of the business. This role is a key driver for driving efficiency (in terms of automation / cost optimization) and effectiveness (in terms of driving new growth and revenue results). This position requires an adventurous, hands-on, can do attitude driving outcomes with passion.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing & managing all digital transformation projects and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for ensuring a scalable and efficient Business Architecture is reliably in place and working
• Managing a team of internal and external resources while working closely with the C-Suite
• Ensuring all projects are run collaboratively and with highest operating standards (PM, Agile/Scrum, Lean)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Social Sciences
• Min. 5 years working experience of which min. 2 years as Manager
• Successful ERP, Supply Chain Management and Front-end Application Implementation experience with a focus on retail industry with manufacturing components
• Strong project & people management skills incl. experience with Agile (as Scrum Master or Product Owner)
• Hands-on / can do attitude to drive positive organizational change
• Collaborative and empowering team member who is organized around delivering outcomes to the needs of the business and team members
• Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
