- Being the first contact point for customers, helping them to solve ongoing issues with different software solutions.
- Performing troubleshooting analysis requests for technical assistance via phone, email, virtual sessions and any other form of communication in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention, understanding business impact and priorities.
Yêu cầu công việc
MUST HAVE
- At least 1 year working experience in software testing
- Strong customer service skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Good understanding of IT, mobile apps
- Good knowledge of e-commerce
- 1+ years of related working experience
