Mô tả công việc

  • Being the first contact point for customers, helping them to solve ongoing issues with different software solutions. 
  • Performing troubleshooting analysis requests for technical assistance via phone, email, virtual sessions and any other form of communication in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention, understanding business impact and priorities.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

MUST HAVE

  • At least 1 year working experience in software testing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of IT, mobile apps
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce
  • 1+ years of related working experience
