2. Technical skills and experiences:

2.1 Must have:

• Junior level or higher
• Proficient in C# with advanced features such as LINQ, Delegates, Events, and Lambda Expressions.
• Strong understanding of .NET Framework features, especially Windows Forms (WinForms), WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), and UWP (Universal Windows Platform), depending on the application's requirements.
• Experience in handling Exceptions, Debugging, and Unit Testing.
• Experience with Entity Framework or ADO.NET to connect applications to databases, perform queries, and manipulate data.

2.2 Nice to have:

• Experience working with Japanese clients/markets/enterprises.
• Experience in optimizing source code, refactoring source code, and conducting code reviews.
• Believe that building great applications is not only about delivering code that “works”, but involves thinking about reusability, maintainability, security and performance
• Good teamwork and reliability
