• Be the client's voice to Dirox team. Be able to work independently as an only BA in a project.
• Effectively communicate with clients or Senior BAs to understand their business processes, requirements, needs, concerns, and problems.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and the team to build a project roadmap as well as to develop and prioritize user stories in the backlog.
• Coordinate with external design teams or contribute to UI/UX design during the project.
• Use suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, and creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes.
• Engage in team discussions to be informed of actual implementation progress and understand implementation issues then explain to clients in non-technical language.
• Identify and manage gaps between actual implementation and client’s expectations.
• Contribute ideas with an aim to develop a user-friendly and value-maximized product using strong business analysis skills and user-centric mindset.
• Write and maintain properly business requirements, and provide detailed functional specifications.
• Support and review the testing scenarios, test data and defects verification throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Must have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information System is preferred
• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo functional consultant/business analyst
• Experience in agile environment, roadmap, good logical and analytical thinking
• Advance level in requirement discovery and skills in modelling requirements and business flows
• Strong functional expertise in Odoo ERP, including module configuration and customization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• High proficiency in documentation, and reporting skills
• Understanding of BABOK knowledge areas
• Fluency in English
• Team player, proactive, detail-oriented
• Able to work under high pressure
• Excellence in communication

Nice to Have

• Certificates in Business Analysis or Product Owner
• Odoo Certificate for version 15 and later
• Knowledge in technical design
• French Speaking is a big plus
