Role Purpose:
To analyze business processes and information requirements, prepare documentation for business requirements, translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with Application support team

Key Accountabilities:
For IT Projects

  • To create preliminary study documents in terms of business functional area
  • To create Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification according to user’s needs
  • To create Gap analysis between new or change request and current system
  • To build or revise IT test scenario/Business Scenario and to conduct UAT to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in timely manner
  • To follow up IT implementation in order to make in line with Business Requirement
  • To follow up end users in order to ensure the document validated and UAT performed timely and accurately
  • Support & coordinate with Application support team to perform following activies
  • Manage and maintain all parameters of the applications
  • Frequently review and assess functionalities of in–used application to ensure the solution meets the business process and user ‘s needs
  • Raise changes to development team and involved users if required
  • Support end-users for any functional incidents. Follow-up and Coordinate with technical team (IT system admin and Developer) to resolve incidents
Business process modeling
  • Design process as per business expectation ensuring the balance between compliant to company governance and effectiveness to business
Other activities
  • Study and analyze available solutions on the market in order to propose innovation
  • Be aligned with company’s policies and methodologies

Qualification and Experience Requirements :

  • University graduate majoring in economics/banking/finance/IT
  • Knowledge of life insurance products or financial services (bank)
  • Understanding unit linked or investment insurance products
  • Desirable Criteria:Understanding unit linked or investment products in Life Insurance business
Years of Related Work Experiences:
  • At least 5 years working experience in business analyst or similar job, acted as the connection bridge between user and developer
Desirable Criteria:
  • Working experience in international insurance corporation
  • Working in core-system projects (such as core banking system or core policy management system)
Skill :
  • Fluent English
  • Able to conduct Unified modelling Language (UML) analysis including use case documentation and business process modelling
  • Desirable Criteria:Be familiar with Agile methodology
