About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team, where you will engage in presales support, collaborate on requirements gathering, and analyze business processes. You will play a key role in designing ODOO ERP solutions, assisting with implementation, and providing training to end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Presales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose ERP solutions that align with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and ensure that ERP solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively utilizing the ERP system.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide support in diagnosing and resolving issues within the ERP system.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3+ years of experience with Odoo ERP systems.
  • Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
  • Industry-focused knowledge of Manufacturing, Human Resources, Inventory Management, or Finance is highly preferred.
  • Advanced in all 4 English skills (Writing/ Speaking/ Reading/ Listening).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
