- Define and scope Business Process Reengineering (BPR) projects according to Cmpany procedures

  • Set up cross-functional project team to execute the project
  • Plan, moniter and manage project scope, budget and schedule

- Define Business Requirements and prepare Business Requirements Specification

- Develop test scenarios and test cases to ensure that positive and negative test cases are handled correctly by system

- Work with Application team to review Functional Specifications, making sure that Functional Specifications meet the needs of the Business

- Work closely with project team to provide end-users training. Training scope includes updated process, Standard Operating Procedures and Application systems

- Track and manage outstanding issues and risks. Take appropriate actions to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Escalate issues and risks for management decision if necessary

- Data Analysis

  • Scope, define, and perform data extraction and analysis as required by management. Includes both ad hoc and regular data extraction and analysis tasks
  • Manage activities of team members to maintain integrity and accuracy of master data in ERP system
  • Work closely with end-sers and Application team members to continuously improve overall applications' data quality (Data Quality Check). Proactive in identifying areas to improve DQC activities

- Manage other tasks assigned by supervisor as required

- Work Experience: 1 to 6 years prior experiece in Business Analysis or Applications Development required; Experience in Supply Chain/ FMCG is preferred.

- Functional Experience: Prior experience in the following areas are required:

  • Strong numeracy skills - statistical skill using Microsoft Excel or Statistical software (e.g. Minitab or SPSS) is required
  • Using Cognos Powerplay or other Business Intelligence software for developing business reports and performing analysis
  • Experience in FMCG environment, especially in Supply Chain, ERP, Business Process Reengineering and/or statisticl data analysis is required
  • Strong project management skills; Able to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently under tight schedule

- Teamwork: Effective team player with strong interpersonal skill; able to contribute effectively in a team

- Communication: Direct, concise and clear written and verbal communication; able to communicate effectively with other Departments' managers and end-users;

- Responsibility and Integrity: high degree of commitment towards assigned tasks; result-oriented; trusted and reliable business partner;

- Dependability: demonstrates ability to complete assignments timely and within departmental standards/expectations; follows through on commitments;

- Language: Good command of written and spoken English is a MUST

- Education requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Operations Managementor Information Technology
  • Professional certificates like PMP would be advantageous
