Overall:

• Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
• Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
• Detailed confirmation of specifications.
• Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers.
• Detail requirement for Senior ~ Leader level:

・開発において上流工程のすべての経験あり（要求分析、要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計）

・BSEの指導、育成経験あり

・日本側のPMのサポートなしでプロジェクト管理できる

・BSEの日本側とのコミュニケーション指導経験あり

Yêu cầu công việc

Age: 25 -38

Must:

• Experience in working with software developers 
• Experience in being Project Manager
• Japanese skill: Equivalent to N2 or N1
• English skill : Basic ~  Pre-intermediate
• Open for candidate with strong experience of IT Communicator (from 3 years above) with career path to become BrSE 

Preferable: Experienced in team building
Recruitment Process: Test → 1st interview → Final interview → Offer
