Design and implement machine learning models and solutions that transform large-scale data into actionable business insights.
Select and optimize appropriate machine learning algorithms (including classification, regression, clustering models) based on specific use cases and requirements.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems or new products.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Ensure projects are finished on time, and meet quality standards

At least 3 years of working experience in AI, Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science roles.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience with ML frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with data processing and visualization tools such as NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib.
Awareness and understanding of LLMs and Prompt Engineering is highly desirable.
Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments.
Strong understanding of ML concepts and deep learning techniques.
Good communication skills for reporting progress and discussing technical concepts.
Good verbal and written communication in English is required.
