- Manage 5 members within project team.
- Coach and train team members in all aspects of operation: professional/technical works, working processes, company’s rules and regulations.
- Review the team's performance and give suggestion for improvement.
- Review team members's individual performance and give suggestion for training and development.
- Take part in recruitment interview to select team member upon request.
- Read and understand exactly customer requirement.
- Estimate and plan for his/her team.
- Analyze, system architecture, implement, and testing the software system following the instruction of Senior Team Leader/Manager.
- Review and approve all artifacts of project when required.
- Monitoring and control work progress of team.
- Report project status and problem accurately and timely to Senior Team Leader.
- Provide the solution for solving problem.
- Lead and skill up team members.
- Substitute for Senior Team Leader to communicate with customer.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from College/ University specialized in Information Technology

- At least 4 years experiences in programming for Leader position.
- Experience in software development and programming with .NET/C++
- Good at OOP, OOAD skills, SOA, design patterns, unit test
- Back-end: .NET Framework >= 4.5, ASP.NET MVC 5.0, Entity Framework 6, MS SQL 2014
- Experienced in consuming web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL)
- Front-end: jQuery and plugins, jQuery UI, HTML5 WebSQL, IndexedDB, LocalStorage/SessionStorage
- Strongly familiar with Single page application (AngularJS or EmberJS or Sencha ExtJS)
- Strongly familiar with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Javascript, JSON & XML parser
- Have knowledge in NodeJS, MongoDB and Karmar, Jasmine for unit test
- Be able/ willing to learn new technologies

- Good at English (reading/writing/speaking) is a plus
- Knowing Japanese is a plus
