XY aviation originates from the desire to support the industry with their procedures

Based on our accumulated professional experience, we’ve identified a significant amount of improvement projects and restructuring processes that lack the resources and opportunities capable to be achieved by the concerned departments. The main handicap for those projects is the fact that they need to be developed by industry professionals with the right combination of experience and knowledge which would allow them a certain level of autonomy, both to the project leader and those handling it. The staff who detects and define those projects, are usually, a key resource for the company and must take part on the day to day operations, which diminishes time and opportunity for all of those improvement spots that are vital in the changing and increasingly competitive aviation industry.
