Công ty tạo điều kiện hybrid, giúp tối ưu thời gian làm việc, không phải đi lại quá nhiều
Team nhiều anh em vui vẻ cởi mở thân thiện và cũng rất giỏi
Mình ở team infra hay được các sếp update công nghệ mới trên thế giới, có cơ hội học hỏi và áp dụng trên hạ tầng của Tiki luôn, có thể nói là một trong những công ty có công nghệ up-to-date nhất về cloud
Lương tốt so với thị trường
Hầu như ko có OT.
Mình làm bên infra nên chủ yếu trực nhẹ vào những ngày peak traffic sales
Suggestions for improvement:
Rất tiếc về mặt business của công ty đang gặp khó khăn. Hy vọng công ty có thể vực dậy để phát triển tốt hơn.
Môi trường làm việc tốt, phù hợp đối với các bạn trẻ muốn trau dồi thêm kỹ năng
