- Luôn có việc cho mình học và làm. Định hướng thành fullstack dev (NextJS + Golang)
- Có nhiều câu lạc bộ để cùng sinh hoạt: chạy bộ, bơi, yoga, bóng đá, esport
- Văn phòng quận 1, tuy view đẹp nhưng về 6-6:30pm thì kẹt thang máy, kẹt xe.
- Quan trọng là kết quả công việc. Không khuyến khích OT.
Nếu bạn có lý tưởng dùng công nghệ để góp phần cho xã hội tốt lên thì vào đây. Công ty có sứ mệnh xây dựng hệ sinh thái sức khoẻ cho dân Việt Nam, bắt đầu với việc xây nền tảng B2B rồi mở rộng lên.
Startup được nhiều nhà đầu tư nước ngoài tin tưởng rót vốn.
Quan trọng là kết quả công việc. Không khuyến khích OT.

- Bên cạnh company party hàng tháng (tiệc sinh nhật, company update...) nên có company trip.
- Để bắt kịp xu thế toàn cầu hoá, nên hỗ trợ nhân viên học tiếng Anh, sử dụng tiếng Anh nhiều hơn
- Có nhiều chương trình đào tạo hơn.
- Có performance bonus rõ ràng
