- Tập trung vào chất lượng công việc thay vì giờ giấc
- Sau khi rời công ty thì mọi người vẫn giữ mối quan hệ rất tốt. Sau này gặp lại vẫn được support nhiệt tình dù trong lúc ở công ty không có nói chuyện nhiều
- Công ty không ép giờ giấc, cho dev tự estimate công việc
- Công ty có chế độ về OT, nhưng chỉ khi nào được PM approve và chấp nhận
