What I liked:
Có bảo hiểm + khám sức khỏe đầy đủ. Nhân sự trong các dự án được đi công tác nước ngoài luân phiên, hầu như ai cũng có cơ hội được trải nghiệm và học hỏi nâng cấp bản thân trong công việc. Đồng nghiệp dễ mến, môi trường khá thân thiện và cởi mở hơn so với mình nghĩ về các công ty Nhật.
Chính sách hợp lý, tuy nhiên không phải dự án nào cùng cần OT, tùy thời gian và khối lượng công việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mong rằng sẽ có nhiều chuyến teambuilding ngắn ngày để relax
Chính sách cho nhân viên rõ ràng, có bảo hiểm, gói bảo hiểm sức khoẻ
