What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc khá chuyên nghiệp, làm ra làm, chơi ra chơi.
Sếp quan tâm nhân viên.
Đa phần mọi người cả dev và QC đều có năng lực tốt, năng lực chưa tốt sẽ phải update để tốt lên, có quy trình tốt.
Pantry trang bị đồ ăn uống đầy đủ sữa, bánh, kẹo, mỳ tôm, xúc xích,... có điều hết hơi nhanh :)))
Có nhiều hoạt động ngoài giờ: giải bilac, giải bóng đá, giải cầu lông,... tăng sự hứng thú cho nhân viên.
Giai đoạn khó khăn thanh lý hợp đồng khi đến hạn cũng có giải quyết đủ lương tháng 13 cho nhân viên.
Chưa OT bao giờ nhưng từng được hỏi OT do yêu cầu khách hàng mà sau đó khách hàng lại không book nữa
Suggestions for improvement:
Tình hình khó khăn chung nên chính sách tăng lương cũng bị delay từ tháng 1 sang tháng 4.
Nếu thanh lý hợp đồng thì ngày nghỉ phép cũng bị reset về 0, buộc nhân viên phải nghỉ mà không quy ra lương trả.
Công ty có chính sách nhân sự , benefit tốt .
