Decor văn phòng khá đẹp và thoải mái cho nhân viên.

Phúc lợi tốt.
Không có OT. Làm đúng giờ về và chưa có nhiều áp lực (do mới thử việc)
Suggestions for improvement:
Members trong team không thường xuyên tương tác. Leader thì họp triền miên nên cũng không làm việc nhiều với member mới.
Tuy có process rõ ràng nhưng đánh giá năng lực không dựa trên process mà dựa trên cảm quan của leader/manager.
