What I liked:
Bãi đậu xe rộng rãi, được cấp máy tính làm việc, tòa nhà ít công ty nên không quá đông người, không cần chờ thang máy, công ty sòng phẳng chuyện tiền lương lắm nên yên tâm. => đó là hồi còn làm ở quận 12, giờ chuyển lên quận 1 rồi thì đông người lắm nha.
Văn hóa công ty support nhiệt tình
Ban đầu mới vô thời điểm công ty việc nhiều với làm dở nên 1 tuần 3-4 ngày làm tới 8, 9h - còn công ty yêu cầu OT thì có trả lương đầy đủ.
Suggestions for improvement:
Làm hết năm đầu tiên sẽ được review tăng 10% lương, còn các năm kế tiếp có lẽ không tăng, và làm lâu cũng không có lương thâm niên nên không giữ được các anh chị làm lâu.
Môi trường đa quốc gia, có điều kiện phát triển, có sự quan tâm đến nhân viên
