Job description

- Planning/budgeting
  • Prepare and maintain financial and action plan for IT Governance based on business requirements
  • Periodically evaluate the department performance and improve efficiency of its activities
- Day to day activities
  • Oversee the team that is responsible for developing, administering and monitoring the Information governance; IT related standards & compliance
  • Provide strong central oversight to deliver consistency and quality in compliance work across the organization – all IT functions and capacities.
  • Lead the innovation and continuous improvement of internal control framework including the integration of multiple compliance requirements.
  • Regularly interact with senior management to convey findings identified through walkthroughs and testing, assess the risk and impact of deficiencies and make recommendations for remedy.
  • Work with other IT Heads, Internal Audit to develop continuous monitoring and technology-enabled audit techniques
  • Manage the asset management team

Your skills and experience

BACKGROUND
  • University degree holder, preferably in IT areas
  • 06-07 years’ experience in IT Governance, preferable in banking or financial business
  • Experience with the process management
SKILLS
  • Strong management skill
  • Ability to give presentation in front of audiences
  • Negotiation skills
  • Time flexibility
  • Vendor management skill
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
