Job description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and software engineers
Translate concepts into product requirements by creating user stories, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and pixel-perfect hi-fidelity mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences optimized on a wide range of screen sizes and devices
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions
Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX design problems and devise elegant solutions
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Broad experience in user research, wire-framing, prototyping, user experience design, user testing and visual design
Fluency in modern visual design and user experience best practices for web and mobile
Must be enthusiastic and bring high-energy to the delivery team
Your skills and experience
A relevant university degree
Strong UX skill
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional working environment
An organised and analytical approach to work
A collaborative team player
Strong focus on delivering insights that will lead to action
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
English language to a good standard
