Job description

1. Test Case Development & Execution

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to create detailed test cases.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test case repository for all applications under testing.
• Ensure test cases cover positive and negative test scenarios, edge cases, and system integration points.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand test requirements.

2. Functional, Regression & Sanity Testing

• Conduct functional testing to verify each feature performs according to the requirements.
• Execute regression tests to ensure new code changes do not break existing functionality.
• Perform sanity testing after bug fixes, deployments, and configuration changes to confirm core functionalities remain intact.

3. SmartPay Quality Assurance

• Validate all new and existing features for SmartPay (a payment system or application).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with developers to report defects, track their status, and verify bug fixes.

4. Automation Scripting (Learning & Implementation)

• Gain hands-on experience in automation scripting for test execution.
• Assist in identifying areas suitable for automation and contribute to framework development.

Your skills and experience

Experience

• At least 2-year experience in QC for software in Finance or Banking field.
• Able to work collaboratively with other team members, good communication skills, personable
• Willing to learn automation scripting
• Willing to work OT 2 times / 3 weeks (on release / hot fix date)

Special Skills 

• Working experience in Agile software development team
• Experience in test areas; web, mobile app, functional, manual, UAT, system, regression
