Job description

Functional Testing 

• Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of robotic products. 
• Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to design comprehensive test cases and testing scenarios. 
• Execute testing activities, evaluate results, and prepare test reports. 
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze root causes and drive corrective actions.  
• Validate system functionality and performance against defined requirements and quality standards. 

Test Automation

• Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and quality assurance methodologies. 

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product team to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle. 
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. 
• Provide quality feedback and recommendations to support product enhancements. 

Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the line manager. 

Your skills and experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or related fields. 

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software, robotics, electronics, or automation testing. 
• Experience in developing test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications. 
• Hands-on experience in functional testing, product validation, and quality assurance processes. 
• Familiarity with quality management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms. 

Experience in developing automation testing solutions is a strong advantage.
